Public Issuances

We provide end-to-end guidance throughout the public issuance process, managing everything from initial portfolio analysis to deal execution and ongoing investor relations.

Private Placement & Fund Representation

Leveraging our close relationship with all of Israel’s large investors, InFin act as placement agent for several US and European leading funds operating in different segments; including among other, direct LP investments, JVs and managed accounts.

Since 2018, we have raised ~US$500m from a wide range of institutional investors.

Our services include:
• Build a marketing strategy suitable for the local market
• Identifying potential investors in Israel
• Adjusting the funds’ marketing materials
• Advising on the investment structure
• Managing the funds’ IR in Israel (ongoing calls & meetings, local representation, etc.)

Credit Rating Advisory

InFin Capital’s team includes credit rating analysts, covering both S&P and Moody's rating methodologies
As part of our rating advisory services, we provide ongoing rating services for 17 companies (5 of those are rated at AA rating level), with an overall debt of over NIS10bn.

We provide our clients with all of the credit rating related services, including:
• Deal structuring
• Providing rating indication
• Financial models
• Negotiate the rating report with the rating agency
